multiple sims on the same account

Hi, I have recently moved from joined ID mobile, I was wondering if I’m able to set up an additional account under my dads name using my bank account details to pay for both accounts?

Thanks for getting in touch.

If the additional contract is going to be in your dad’s name, the application and relevant credit/security checks would need to be completed using his details. The account itself cannot simply be set up under his name through your existing iD Mobile account.

Alternatively, your dad can apply for a new contract in his own name through the iD Mobile website.

Once the plan is set up, Direct Debit details can be managed through the iD Mobile app or online account.
