Hi yesterday I made a order for a phone by carphone uk asociate with a sim from id a contract but they couldn’t give the phone just the sim ,and I want to know if the sim was already booked because I don’t need

    With handset contracts taken out through Carphone Warehouse/iD Mobile, the SIM is always part of the agreement. It comes linked to the new iD Mobile plan and number that forms the contract, even if the handset itself isn’t supplied as expected.

     

    Because of this, the SIM would already have been allocated as part of your order and isn’t a separate standalone item that can be cancelled independently.

     

    If you no longer need the contract due to the handset not being provided, we’d recommend speaking to the store or team you placed the order with so they can advise on the options available, including cancellation or return if applicable.
