My ID app only opens on WiFi.

My iD Mobile app only opens on WiFi. On mobile data I see this 👇🏼 I have checked permissions and its set to "WiFi or Mobile"

Hi @Julieanne_,

I’m sorry to hear that the iD Mobile app is only working while you’re connected to Wi-Fi.

As you’ve already checked that the app has permission to use both Wi-Fi and mobile data, please try uninstalling the iD Mobile app completely and then reinstalling it.

Once reinstalled, switch Wi-Fi off and make sure you’re connected using your iD Mobile data only before opening and logging into the app again.

If the issue continues after reinstalling the app, please let us know and we can advise further.
