Hi.
My number was due to port from O2 to ID Mobile yesterday, but the transfer has not happened.
When I look at the Plan / Switch to ID Mobile section of my account, it says “Work in progress!
You're currently viewing the plan for 07449….., which already has a pending switch request.”
I am concerned that the transfer wont happen and I will miss the no-fee transfer window from O2.
All necessary information was provided when I purchased my bundle from ID Mobile i.e. old number / PAC code / new number / transaction number.
Any support would be greatly appreciated.
