My number was due to transfer on 2nd Jan but so far it hasn't. Not sure if it's pending due to the bank holidays or if there's a problem. Any ideas how to find out?

Thanks for reaching out. Number transfers can sometimes take a little longer if submitted near a weekend or bank holiday. Typically, the transfer happens within 1 working day, between 10:00–18:00.
Please check if you received a confirmation SMS about the transfer. Also, ensure that the correct SIM is in your phone. If your number hasn’t transferred by tomorrow, you can let us know to get in touch with you
