my old number hasnt transferred to my new id phone

My number was due to transfer on 2nd Jan but so far it hasn't. Not sure if it's pending due to the bank holidays or if there's a problem. Any ideas how to find out?

Thanks for reaching out. Number transfers can sometimes take a little longer if submitted near a weekend or bank holiday. Typically, the transfer happens within 1 working day, between 10:00–18:00.

Please check if you received a confirmation SMS about the transfer. Also, ensure that the correct SIM is in your phone. If your number hasn’t transferred by tomorrow, you can let us know to get in touch with you

Thanks for your message. No confirmation message received yet but the new sim card is in the phone ready to go.

Hi ​@GraemeN ,

 

If your number port was scheduled for a Friday, there might be a slight delay in the process. I’d advise giving it until today 6 pm to complete. In the meantime, please make sure your iD SIM is in your phone.

Please also note that number transfers aren’t processed on weekends or bank holidays, as these aren’t considered working days.
