Question

my phone is not compatible with an e sim so i need to order a physical sim . This is a new order so i dont have a number yet which makes it impossible to get help

I've just ordered an  e sim for a new account but my phone is not compatible with e sim . I need to order a physical sim but Avington great difficulty getting in touch with anyone .
