I received an email telling me that my activation would complete by 10pm tonight and my old provider would then no longer work.
Well, we’ve passed that deadline and my old provider no longer works. Problem is that
- I’ve not received any notification from ID mobile
- When I try to log on to my account it sends me a verification code, but my phone is not connected to a network, so that is not helping
- I don’t think I have received the sim, although I requested one
- Because I can’t successfully log on my phone is dead.
- No human available to chat until 9am.
So far my introduction to ID mobile has not impressed me, If anyone out there can help me, I thank you in advance.
