my SIM hasn't arrived yet switching today

Hi, I've not had any notification about when I'll get my SIM, but you've said it will arrive by second class mail, so not idea when it will arrive, but my switch is today, soI will be without a phone until it arrives.

I’m really sorry to hear about this, I understand how frustrating it is to potentially be without service, especially on your switch day.

 

As this is a public platform, we’re unable to access your account or arrange a replacement SIM from here. However, you do have a couple of options to get this resolved as quickly as possible:

  • You can visit a local store to collect a replacement SIM in person, if that’s convenient for you.
  • Alternatively, you can contact our Live Chat team via the iD Mobile website, and they’ll be able to arrange a new SIM for you.

 

They’ll get this sorted as quickly as possible so you can get back up and running.
