my sim is not working

Good morning , 

my number has been swoped over on Tuesday people are still unable to contact me but a handful of people can phone me but no text messages coming through and it’s saying user is no longer in service to everyone else. Can someone help me please? Many thanks Katie

Thank you for getting in touch with us, and I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues after your number transfer.

 

From what you’ve described, it sounds like your port has completed but your service is not fully registering correctly on all networks, which can cause incoming calls and texts to fail or show messages such as “user is no longer in service”.

To help resolve this, please try the following:

Restart your phone
Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then off again
Ensure your SIM is correctly inserted (or eSIM is active if applicable)
Check that “automatic network selection” is turned on

Could you please test the SIM card in another handset to check whether it works? This will help us determine whether the issue is device-related or SIM-related.

Additionally, could you please confirm the make and model of the phone you are currently using?

Hi there

 

my sim is ported working 2 days and stop working now i do everything, put the sim in other phone , switch off and on but still not working.
