Hi

I ordered sim with cotract for 24 months unlimited data . but i want keep my number same i have got pack code from EE is { REMOVE }.  my number is { REMOVE } .

    How to Port Your Number via the iD Mobile App


    Please follow these steps exactly:

    • Log in to the iD Mobile app.
    • Go to the 'Plan' or 'Services' tab.
    • Select 'Transfer my number'.
    • Enter the EE phone number you wish to keep.
    • Enter the PAC code you received from EE.
    • Select your preferred switch date.

    Important Rules for a Successful Switch

    • The 5:30 PM Cut-off: If you submit your request before 5:30 PM on a working day, your number will usually switch the next working day. If it’s after 5:30 PM (or on a weekend/Bank Holiday), it will take an extra working day.
    • Keep the iD SIM Active: Make sure you have put your iD Mobile SIM in your phone and registered the app before you try to submit the porting request.
