need to talk to someone at id mobile ( not live chat)

Hi all i went into my local currys and got a phone number to speak to someone at id mobile when i phoned the number it was a complaint line but its not a complaint i want to make ! Ive got 2 contracts with id mobile my phone 1 and sim only which is unlimited everything ! What i want to do is pay my phone contract off as ive only a couple of months left and then my phone contract sim number i want to change to my sim only contract and i want to speak to someone NOT do live chat ! Can someone please give me the number i need to phone please and speak to a real person please .. many thanks

    The service provided is online only; go to CHAT page, type “SPEAK TO A PERSON”.
