network is not working but data is

Previously, I was with the operator Lebara, and I decided to switch to ID Mobile. I’ve almost completed the switch; I ordered a SIM card, and it arrived yesterday. When I inserted it into my phone and tried to activate it, it was partially successful but not fully. I have mobile data but I  do not have network signal, so I can’t make or receive calls. I’ve tried restarting my phone and everything I can think of, but the issue remains. I have iPhone 15.I don’t know what to do. Can someone please help me?

Hi there ​@Oksi1234, have you tried restarting your phone and resetting network settings?

 

Is the iD Mobile SIM the only SIM inside/active on the phone and set to primary SIM?
