hi I have just switched to ID ESim . how do i know if i have kept my old number ?

    A quick way to check if your old number has transferred is to call both your old number and your temporary iD Mobile number.

     

    Could you let us know what happens when you call each one (for example, which number rings or what message you hear)? That will help us confirm whether the transfer has completed or is still in progress.
