I'm new here.... Can't finish registration in the app.. App asks for the mobile number which was never let me know... I bought a new deal with Internet only... 🤔. How to pass it...? 🤔

Welcome to iD Mobile!

 

If you've ordered a data-only plan, you'll first need to receive and activate the SIM (or download the eSIM via the QR code, if you've ordered an eSIM) before you'll be able to complete registration.

 

Once the SIM is active and installed in a compatible device, you should be able to find the mobile number associated with it.

 

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Phone
  • Tap My Number

For Android:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap About Phone
  • Tap Status or SIM Status
  • Look for My Phone Number

 

Alternatively, if the SIM is in a phone capable of sending texts, you can send a text message to a friend or family member and ask them to confirm the number that appears.

 

Once you have the mobile number, you should be able to continue with the app registration process.

In the phone settings there's no number show on... 😅 I'm not sure if the reason for it is that I oryginaly order esim but have to change it to the normal sim card. If it is the reason then what should I do now... 🤔? Thx

Thanks for your message, that can happen sometimes, especially after switching from an eSIM to a physical SIM.

 

To help get to the bottom of it, could you please confirm if you have activated the physical SIM after receiving it, if you do not recall doing so, please use the following link to get in touch with our customer service team so that they can help you with activating the physical SIM card.
