I want to add a new line to my existing contact with a new phone for my wife

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    With iD Mobile, each plan is set up as an individual account/contract, so it wouldn’t be possible to add an additional SIM or number onto your existing plan as a “linked” line.

     

    However, you can absolutely take out a new plan for your wife, in your name, you’d just place a separate order, and the contract would be under your details.

     

    As this involves account setup and purchasing, we’re not able to arrange this directly here on the public iD Community. The best way to get this sorted is via our website or by speaking to our Sales Team, who can guide you through the options.
