Recently switched over to iD mobile today (the 28th November) was supposed to be my switch date, all has gone well as in my number is switched over however I have not revived the email or text about it being complete even through it said it would be by 10pm. The strange thing is I can still receive messages through Wi-Fi or data sending but am not getting anything through standard text/sms messaging. Is this normal, I checked my old sim card is now deactivated.

@Amy Narhys Check that you have the correct settings for text message set up on your device.Sometime you can have an incomplete port and the day after every settles down and work as it should.Joe
