New to ID

I have just taken a contract with ID mobile from Vodafone.  When does the SIM arrive and do I need to order this separately or does it just arrive automatically?  I put the PAC code in at point of sale to transfer over my number from Vodafone.

 

Also trying to set up an account with ID mobile and the app but it is sending a verification to the iD mobile mobile number that I have been allocated and not to the vodafone mobile number that i want to keep.  The ID mobile number is not yet active as the phone is not active as i dont have a SIM so how can I set up an account>

A physical SIM will arrive in about a week. You can’t set up your online account until you receive and insert the iD Mobile SIM into your device.

As ​@WelshPaul has correctly mentioned, you’ll only be able to register for the iD Mobile app or online account once you’ve received your SIM card. Delivery can take up to 3 working days from the date your order is accepted. We also recommend waiting until your number transfer has fully completed before registering your iD Mobile account, as this will help ensure everything sets up smoothly.
