New to iD, calls and texts not working

I’ve switched to iD and it’s saying “iD WiFi call” next to my data sign on my phone. I asked a friend to call me and it went straight to voicemail. The 5G works but the texts and calls don’t. Does anyone know why this is?

Please confirm if you are using a physical or esim and if the iD sim is the only sim in the handset.
