Question

New to ID MOBILE

just activated a new eSIM and received a different number. I need to port my old phone number to this eSIM instead. Can someone walk me through the number porting process and what information I’ll need from my previous provider?

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    Once your new eSIM has been activated, you can transfer your existing number to it using a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your previous provider.

     

    You can submit your PAC through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

    • Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
    • Go to My Services.
    • Select Transfer my number.
    • Enter your PAC code, your current mobile number, and any other requested details.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

    If you're unable to complete the transfer through the app, please contact us via Live Chat or send us a direct message through one of our social media platforms. We'll be happy to help you complete the number port.
