Question

new to idmobile and its absolutely rubbish - dd email shows wring mobile no i cannot log on there is no customer service

I have received new SIM from is mobile - try to log into my account and it says does not recognise details AND direct debit set up confirmation has incorrect mobile but I cannot get into account to change it AND there is no customer service to help !?  Can see why it’s cheap now !! Nn
