no Apple Music or arcade

Hi I received a email stating I had 3 months Apple services I clicked on the link for Apple TV which worked ok but both Apple Music and Apple arcade links didn’t after clicking there links like a lot of the community it came up UID missing or incorrect 

please help Garry
