no free gift cane with my device

I ordered a new phone on 16th October 26! The Samsung 26fe in pistachio, my service came yesterday but the the watch didn’t come and I opted for that plan as it stated I would get the watch

    If the watch was part of a promotional offer associated with your Samsung S26 FE, it may not be included in the handset delivery. Many promotional gifts need to be claimed separately.

    Could you please visit our website and navigate to the Offers & Promotions section? From there:

    • Select Pay Monthly.
    • Choose the Samsung brand.
    • Locate the promotion relating to your device.
    • Follow the claim instructions and eligibility requirements listed for the offer.

    This will provide details on how to claim the watch and any deadlines that may apply.
