No iD mobile so no calls

This seems a recurring theme which is a concern. I transferred with an E sim from 02 to ID mobile. The data works fine. 
I can’t make calls as there is no ID mobile showing on network list and it's just stuck on 02.   I haven't got any help from the BOT. 
Phone is I phone 12 pro max.

 I’m really sorry to hear that you’re unable to make calls after transferring your eSIM from O2 to iD Mobile, I completely understand how frustrating this must be.

Here are a few quick checks that might help:
-Make sure your eSIM is fully activated in your iPhone settings.
-Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection and try toggling Automatic off, then select iD Mobile manually if it appears.
-Restart your device after these steps.

It's a i phone pro 12 max. I've tried everything suggested but ID mobile not shown on the list.  Very disappointed by the change and not being able to speak to someone to get this resolved.
