Hi @fLeTcHeRrr26,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Live Chat, especially when you've been trying for so long.

We don't have a general customer service phone number, so Live Chat is the main way to contact our support teams.

As the Live Chat service is currently working, we'd recommend trying a different browser or device if possible. For example, if you've already tried Safari and Chrome, try using Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or another device altogether or try an incognito tab.

You can access Live Chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

We apologise for the inconvenience and hope you're able to get connected soon.

Regards,

Gemma M
