no network on new sim/contract

I upgraded my phone at curry’s yesterday. I have no network currently. Not sure what to do

Hi ​@Siandh,

 

That sounds really frustrating, especially after just upgrading yesterday. You should be up and running by now, so we’ll get this sorted.
 

A few quick things to check:

-First, restart your new phone and give it a couple of minutes to reconnect to the network. Sometimes activation needs a fresh network search.

-Next, check if your SIM is properly inserted (or if it’s an eSIM, make sure the activation QR/profile has been fully installed). If you’re using a physical SIM, try taking it out and reinserting it carefully.

-Also go to:
Settings → Mobile Service → make sure your iD Mobile line is switched ON.

-Then check:
Settings → Mobile Data → Network Selection → set to Automatic.
 

If you still have no service, try turning Airplane Mode ON for 10 seconds, then OFF again — this forces the phone to re-register on the network.
 

Since this was an upgrade from Currys, there’s also a chance the SIM or eSIM hasn’t fully activated yet. In that case, it can take a few hours, but it’s usually much quicker.
