I bought a pay monthly sim-only.
I then tried to but a new phone on contract and wasn’t able due to being about 2 weeks from taking out the sim-only contract. Apparently ID mobile will only process a new order 3 months after a previous one.
So I cancelled the-sim only (within the cooling off period), but my order on the new phone was declined again, apparently for the same reason. I was told by ID mobile customer support I may be able to process the new order after cancelling the old one but that they couldn’t guarantee it.
I have another ID contract for almost 12 months with perfect payment history and a very high credit score. Am I still to be caught unable to take out any new ID mobile product until 3 months from that sim-only? Or could it just be a delay in processing?
