No one time password

I am trying to activate my account but have not received my one time password despite several attempts

This can sometimes happen due to network delays. Please try the following steps: 

Ensure your device has good signal or WiFi connection.
Restart your phone and request the OTP again.

Make sure your inbox is not full

 

If you still do not receive the OTP after trying this, please send us a private message so that we can help you further as we will access your account.
