I have transferred from another provider and the shop did my PAC Code. I was told the date for my transfer should have already happened.
The ID mobile app is showing as ‘not recognised phone number’ when I call and text it is using my email address and not my phone number. And my last sim is still working when it shouldn’t.
Also when I do the PAC transfer form to check it had been completed in the shop that said failure.
what is the fix to get my phone number working as this is what I was promised when changing provider?
