@MartinGAnderson  Bit confused here by your statement.

1) Did you port your original number onto IDMobile?

2) Which provider called you?

3) A PAC Code is valid for 30 day's from time of issue. If it's expired you need to request a new PAC from you pervious provider.

4)What do you me they registered your number?

Now if you have requested a port onto ID Mobile you would of been given a date the port would start. And once the port starts they be  a Loss of service until the port is completed.

Joe 🙂

Hi Joe,

had no problems for a week since I changed to ID mobile. My original number worked fine. I then received a call from ID mobile yesterday to confirm everything ok. He then said he would register my number on the system. Within an hour I had no service and still dont

Highly likely you’ve been scammed. id Mobile rarely call customers.

iD Mobile don’t call their customers to confirm if everything is okay. As @JoeKing mentioned above, it sounds like you were called by a scammer.

I was indeed scammed and it’s causing a nightmare for me. I didn’t hand out any personal details but the scammer ghosted my sim then had control of my email. All my accounts are frozen and the scammer maxed my credit card . They also have taken out several credit cards on my name. I have tried cancelling this contract and have even talked the SIM card out of my phone. Absolutely nothing from ID mobile to help me. The worst decision I’ve ever made was to sign up to this
