no signal help

Got a. New phone , changed from EE to ID 

I have no signal, can’t send or receive phone call or messages. 
in settings ID doesn’t even come up as a network?

any advice would be great please. Thanks

I know this is ‘silly’ advice but have you tried turning your phone off and then on again??

When did you switch? As number transfers happen any time between 8am and 10pm on the date they’re scheduled, so please check your confirmed swap date to ensure when it is happening.
