No signal in new ID mobile SIM

Hi, I have just got a new SIM card and the PAC transfer got sorted yesterday. It says I have 4G but I have no signal anywhere around my house. This means I can’t receive phone calls from people. I live by myself so I don’t have the option of using anyone else’s phone. I’ve tried the things you have suggested in other people’s problems.

Although you can give iD your PAC at the weekend, you can’t actually transfer mobile numbers on weekend days nor bank holidays, @Katie0506

Does the phone with your iD SIM work outside?

If so, then you could try using the iD WiFi Calling service inside the house, if you’ve got a Wi-Fi network at home.

I have had an email saying it’s all been transferred over. I have the WiFi calling switched on but I can’t seem to receive phone calls.

i have walked around my house and no signal anywhere around.

Does the phone, with your iD SIM, work outside your house, and while you’re away from your house, @Katie0506

Do you have a home Wi-Fi network?

The OFCOM coverage checker should give a better indication of the expected coverage at home.
