No signal with new physical sim

I received a physical sim yesterday to switch from Three to ID, keeping my existing number. I have an email from ID to say the switch is complete but I have no signal - have restarted phone, re-inserted sim, but still nothing

I do apologise that you do not have signal. Please note that once the switch is complete you get a text message not an email. Please try and troubleshoot again by trying the below:

  • To reset an iPhone's network settings, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • To reset your Android's network settings, go to Settings, then System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > Reset settings.
  • Try the SIM in another handset
