I received a physical sim yesterday to switch from Three to ID, keeping my existing number. I have an email from ID to say the switch is complete but I have no signal - have restarted phone, re-inserted sim, but still nothing

Hi @millie05I do apologise that you do not have signal. Please note that once the switch is complete you get a text message not an email.
