no welcome email cant set up my new sim

Received 2 phones and 2 sims got a welcome email for one and nothing for the other tried both sims as it would have been useful to tell me which sim was which, also entered a PAC code and only received confirmation of one switching please help

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry for the confusion with your two phones and SIMs. I completely understand how frustrating it must be not to know which SIM goes with which phone, and to only receive confirmation for one PAC transfer.

To get this sorted quickly, we can:

-Confirm which SIM corresponds to which phone

-Check the status of both PAC transfers

-Make sure both numbers are correctly activated

I’ve now sorted which sim is in which phone and one number has switched over the other when I’ve logged on states it’s waiting transfer problem is I’m now paying for 2 line rentals! I’ve provided the pac code for that number to transfer from sky and I’ve had confirmation from sky that we’re leaving,
