Hello. I am trying to switch my SIM from Lebara to iD Mobile. The online application requires a 3-year UK address history and does not accept international addresses.

However, I moved to the UK just 7 months ago. I have entered my current UK address history for those 7 months, but the system will not let me proceed without completing the full 3 years.

Can a customer agent please help me complete this process manually? I can provide my passport, e-visa or official proof of my current UK address to verify my identity. Thank you.
