not getting messages

I am not receiving any text messages since switching to this network. Want to check my number is working ok?

I am sorry you’re having issues receiving texts since switching networks. Let’s get this sorted for you.

 

Please try the following steps on your iPhone:

Go to Settings
Tap Phone
Tap My Number
Delete the old number and re-enter your correct mobile number
Tap Save

Then refresh your messaging settings:

Go to Settings
Tap Messages
Turn OFF iMessage
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset
Tap Reset Network Settings
Once the phone restarts, go back to Settings > Messages
Turn ON iMessage again and allow it to activate

 

This will help your device re-register your SIM on the network and should resolve any messaging issues.
