Not received a temporary number

The onboarding emails state I should’ve received my temporary number in a welcome email or in an invoice. 
 

I’ve not had either of these - any ideas?

I have the same issue. I have checked my spam folder. I have received the welcome email, offer confirmation and esim qr code by email, but none of them show my temporary number. Please can you help.
