Is iphone 7 compatible with iDmobile SIM. I cannot receive password on my new SIM card?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble receiving your password code on your new SIM.

The iPhone 7 is not compatible with all of the services and features available on the iD Mobile network, which may be contributing to the issue you're experiencing.

You could try testing a replacement SIM to see if this resolves the problem. However, we wouldn't be able to guarantee that a replacement SIM will work if the issue is related to handset compatibility.
