not receiving the OTP to register my number

Ive just joined ID mobile and they are sending me a one time passcode 8 digits to register my sim to be able to use it but the text will not come to my phone?

    Is the text being sent to your personal number, or to the iD Mobile number that came with the SIM when you joined?
