Nothing but problems since joining!

Has anyone else had nothing but problems since joining ID mobile?

First, number took almost 2 weeks to transfer over from O2 (wish I'd stayed with them now), RCS chat hasn't worked since switch over (yes, have tried ALL the fixes) and they tell me I need to go a 2 1/2 hour round trip on public transport to get to a Curry's to get this fixed. Requested payment date change and they took payment from my account before this, leaving me in the red with no money (had to contact bank for payment reversal as ID mobile was as much help as a knife for soup). NOW, last straw is payment is now registered as late/overdue, which will of course be registered on my credit score, lowering my score after YEARS of no missed payments and a decent score.

I am appalled at the "customer service" provided by ID. Is this really what I should expect from this company?

Still within my return period, think I may get out while I still can! What a joke! Very very poor service
