it says the switch has been successful and i have confirmation of my bills but i have no service no 4g or 5g no calls no text no nothing and i cant use my phone, i call and no one answers the phone
nothings working. i cant use my phone and there are no topics or calls helping

I do apologise. I have autism and I was going through a rather large meltdown. My phone, relating to my sim and logging into an account with id mobile, was entirely not working. I had no texts (from having no sim) so I could not receive the confirmation codes. I had a long train to catch alone to somewhere I had not been often, and my phone was useless.
This has since been resolved, I went to the closest curry’s and they helped me fix it giving me a physical sim to activate over the phone with id mobile, on their correct phone number.
