I do apologise. I have autism and I was going through a rather large meltdown. My phone, relating to my sim and logging into an account with id mobile, was entirely not working. I had no texts (from having no sim) so I could not receive the confirmation codes. I had a long train to catch aloneto somewhere I had not been often, and my phone was useless.This has since been resolved, I went to the closest curry’s and they helped me fix it giving me a physical sim to activate over the phone with id mobile, on their correct phone number.
