could my number get transfered over any earlier and how do i get my 35 cash back

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. Once you’ve submitted your PAC, number transfers normally complete within 1 working day. Unfortunately, we’re unable to bring the transfer forward any earlier than this, as the timing is controlled by the network porting process. You’ll receive a confirmation once the transfer has completed.

    £35 cashback:
    Your cashback is claimed after your connection, not automatically. To receive the £35:

    Log in to your iD Mobile account

    Go to Cashback / Promotions

    Follow the instructions to submit your claim (this is usually available after your first bill has been generated)

    Cashback is then paid to your bank account within the stated timeframe on the offer.
