Number not ported yet?

Hi.

My number was due to port from O2 to ID Mobile last Tuesday 30/06/2026, but the transfer has not happened.

When I look at the Plan / Switch to ID Mobile section of my account, it says “Work in progress!
You're currently viewing the plan for 07….., which already has a pending switch request.”

When will the transfer happen and do I keep both numbers active until I receive the date?
