Number porting late and online request not working

Hi, my old Vodafone number was due to port to ID Mobile yesterday but didn’t. When I checked the order complete email it said “Switching date: No porting date selected” and this is definitely not correct as I submitted the PAC number and request date (09/09/25) during purchasing.

I have also attempted to request the change on the online tool (Switch to iD) but it didn’t work. 

Please confirm if my porting request was received or suggest a course of action.

Thanks for the response. 

I’ve restarted the phone and my old number hasn’t been ported across yet. I ordered from mobiles.co.uk.

Hi, 

I’ve had DM exchanges and my old number was due to be ported to the new phone on Wednesday 17/09. The old number is now not working on my old phone but hasn’t been activated on the new one. I’ve tried restarting the new one, no effect. Please tell me what is happening with this.
