Hi, my old Vodafone number was due to port to ID Mobile yesterday but didn’t. When I checked the order complete email it said “Switching date: No porting date selected” and this is definitely not correct as I submitted the PAC number and request date (09/09/25) during purchasing.
I have also attempted to request the change on the online tool (Switch to iD) but it didn’t work.
Please confirm if my porting request was received or suggest a course of action.
