number still hasnt transferred and no clear indication of when it will happen

I was talked into joining ID by a family member despite being happy with my other provider I moved to ID. Gave my PAC and requested last Tuesday as the date. 

 

Transfer still hasn't happened, no notification of when it will and I've been missing important calls. I cannot get hold of anyone to resolve this and now I'm wondering if I should just go back to my previous provider, at least I could speak to someone there and not be left with a chat bot that says it is going to transfer me to an agent but doesn't.

 

How do I get hold of someone to fix this? I desperately need my number to change and I need to know when it is going to complete.

 

Really not a good start.
