Have been sent a PAC number from O2, on the “let’s start”/”Switch Now” form, I enter the PAC, my old number to take, my new number assigned by iD and the Transaction Number in the email iD sent to me and the prompt I get is “We tried to process the PAC but there is an issue with the info you submitted, please check and try again”, but I have checked, double check and triple checked the information and it is all correct.
