Hi all, just joined ID, all smooth, to start , data/sms all worked , but realised after a week, no one was able to call me..
Phoning out , my transfered number showed on friends phone
Anyone calling me, “unknown number”
Timeline
Transfer 13th Aug
Email about delayed switching 15th Aug - took my by surprise as thought it was all done
Compensation arrived 16th Aug (before they knew how long it would take
Switch complete 18th aug
Still no luck with people calling me today
As part of troubleshooting it was suggested i remove esim and reinstall .. But now i find that you cant reinstall esim.. as its seems its a 1 time only thing.. !!
Can anyone else me get my service up and running, and get my esim redelivered please

O2 to ID transfer issue.. No one can call me.. but everything else works

Esim, now resent, via Customer Service / Chat.. But still no ability to recieve calls. or recieve SMS
I am however able to recieve calls / txts from Other ID mobiles, but not other Mobile services.. So there is definately something wrong with my “Number port” perhaps called a “Split port” from what i read , where the routing from one network to another is not working correctly .. Will be taking this up with customer Service in the morning again, via the chat service..
