Old number not porting over to iD

Since changing over to iD,  I’ve not been able to make or receive calls on my new SIM since three weeks ago. Data is working but not voice or even txt.  I’ve tried several ways to iD but there doesn’t seem to be a hotline as such… Seems very dodgy… Anyone experience the same and if you have any solutions please do let me know. Appreciate it community peeps.

Hi there, really sorry to hear you’ve been unable to make or receive calls for that long — that definitely shouldn’t be happening.

If your data works but calls and texts don’t, it’s usually one of these:
-If you recently moved your number to iD, sometimes the port gets stuck. This can cause calls/texts to fail while data still works.
-Turning off Wi-Fi calling, resetting network settings, or manually selecting the iD/Three network can sometimes fix it.

-If there’s an outage in your area, calls might fail even if data is fine.

So I tried these pointers you listed, still no joy. I can’t seem to ever get though to customer services either and I’ve now been without making/receiving calls for over a month. Not even txt messages will get through, so that I can try to access my ID account from new. ☹️ Any ideas what else I can try?
