old number port over not completed

I'm not impressed with iD. Promises to port number today, had all the info they asked for PAC code, activation code etc. Said today by 10pm and porting of my old number to new contract phone on iD hasn't happened.  New customer,  bad 1sr impression. Also, cannot easily talk with anyone, bot chat is completely useless as well.

    Activation code? Has nothing to do with porting a number. 
     

    When did you submit your request to port?

    Transaction number not activation code. Anyways, they had all the information, Monday, was promised by 10pm yesterday.  Seems I've maybe made a bad move
