Old phone number still hasnt been transferred over

I've had this SIM card for 2 weeks now and today was supposed to be when my old phone number transfers over but it still hasn't happened yet

    You should opt for E-Sim next time if your smartphone accepts one. It’s much quicker. Takes less than 24 hrs another always having to get a manual Sim through the post etc 

     

    summer holidays so some uk staff are still on holiday. Should get done next week or before, now, back to normal etc.
