Omitted to add a switch date on application PAC detqiks were provided new sim received.
I want to switch to ID mobile from EE keeping my number I provided the PAC code on the online form but forgot to add a switch date. I have now received my SIM will it be switched or do I need to request again once the new sim is in my phone. I have tried logging in but messages go to the new sim number. Please can you advise. Thank you
